FAQs

The questions owners usually ask first.

Clear answers about walks, transport, groups, puppies, pet visits and availability.

How many dogs are walked together?

Groups are kept to no more than six dogs and are matched around temperament, confidence and energy level.

Will my dog be let off lead?

New dogs start on lead. Off-lead walking is only considered when I’m confident in recall and group behaviour and you are comfortable with it.

Does an hour walk really mean an hour?

Yes. Collection and drop-off time is separate. A one-hour booking means a full hour of walking.

How are dogs transported?

I use an adapted, air-conditioned van with secure crates and anti-slip flooring.

What happens if my dog gets muddy?

Dogs are towelled down as far as practical before being left at home, and their water is checked.

Do you offer solo walks?

Limited half-hour one-to-one walks are available and can suit puppies, older dogs or dogs that are not comfortable in a group.

Can you visit my puppy at home?

Yes. Puppy visits can include toilet breaks, feeding, fresh water, play, reassurance and simple confidence-building activities.

Do you look after cats and small pets?

Yes. Home visits can be arranged for cats, rabbits and other small pets, with care agreed around their usual routine.

What areas do you cover?

Main routes include Abbey Lane, Beaumont Leys, Westcotes, Western Park, New Parks, Glenfield, Mowmacre, Stocking Farm, Thurcaston Park and Birstall. Ask if you are nearby.

How quickly will Michelle reply?

I reply to most messages the same day, depending on my walking schedule.
