Bookings and payment
Services and care arrangements are agreed with you at booking and recorded in your booking form and signed service agreement. New clients pay on the day of the service. Weekly or monthly payment arrangements are available only when agreed with Michelle in advance.
Changes and cancellations
Please message Michelle as soon as your plans change. Wherever possible, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation arrangements, including any applicable charges, must be agreed with you before booking; this website does not introduce an automatic late-cancellation charge.
Your rights
The signed booking arrangements and service agreement explain your individual booking. Nothing on this website removes your statutory consumer rights.

Website information describes the services available; prices, availability and suitability are confirmed when booking. Original business photography and branding belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
